Terms Of Services
Before signup with HostPrizma Simplified Web Hosting and Domains you must agree with our following terms
1. We do not allow any kind applications to be hosted here
Applications such as, proxy scripts, shell scripts, online gaming scripts, file/image sharing scripts, chat scripts, paid-to-surf, auto-surf, buxto, auto liker, torrent scripts cannot be hosted here.
2. Abuse of Server Resources
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any of our servers is strictly prohibited. We hold no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Any account that abuses the resources and actions are not taken to desist the activity, calls for immediate suspension without any refund. Any site using what we deem to be using excessive CPU cycles or any resources that cause strain to other sites may also be offered new terms.
3. No mass mail / Spam sending scripts
Server Spamming, sending unsolicited emails from our servers is STRICTLY prohibited and will qualify your site for immediate suspension with no refund. Hostprizma.com would be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision
4. Nulled/ cracked/ adult/ Scam content not allowed to be hosted
Nulled, Scam or Cracked type content should not be hosted, you are responsible for any kind of complaints also we never promote adult contents, so not allowed
5. You can not use Shared Server for experiment purpose only
You are free to host your blog, website or any kind of project as per the server environment, but please note that shared servers not allowed for experiment purpose only or any unusual activity to decrease server performance for other users.
6. Accounts cannot be used to store files or backups only
All websites must have a regular content. Sites designed to file sharing / archive /backup /mirroring purposes are not allowed.
7. Malicious websites cannot be hosted
All websites that you or your clients host, must have index file (which is index.php, index.html or index.htm) uploaded directly to the public_html folder. If website will be uploaded to any other folder, or no index file will be found, account can be removed from the server with a reason "Malicious Website".
8. We send promotion Email to you
By signing up with HostPrizma Simplified Web Hosting and Domains, you agree that your and all your clients emails are automatically added to our mailing list. HOSTPRIZMA reserves a right to send 1 promotional email/message in every week/month/year that can promote our affiliate products. You and your clients may opt out of emails you receive from HostPrizma Simplified Web Hosting and Domains by visiting un-subscribed link which is located at the footer of email.
9. Additionally, You agree to not use the Service to:
The HostPrizma Simplified Web Hosting and Domains Service Is Provided To You "As Is" And "As Available" With No Warranty. To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Law, HostPrizma.in Disclaims All Warranties Or Conditions Of Any Kind, Whether Express Or Implied, Including, But Not Limited To, Implied Warranties Of Merchantability And Fitness For A Particular Purpose, Title, Non-infringement, The Implied Condition Of Satisfactory Quality And Implied Warranties Arising From Course Of Dealing Or Course Of Performance. You Acknowledge That If You Rely On Any Information Or Content On The Service, You Do So Solely At Your Own Risk.
10. Incorrect account details, may lead to account suspension:
You must fill the correct informations while signup, account will suspended if we found dummy informations or suspicions. In such case, you must have to pass the manual verification to get account re-activated.
* We never make our decisions without a very fair investigation or any prior information. Violation in above terms can suspend/terminate your account.
Refund Policy for HostPrizma
At HostPrizma, we value our customers and want to ensure their satisfaction with the products they purchase from us. We understand that sometimes, for various reasons, a customer may need to return an item. To facilitate this process, we have established the following refund policy.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date. Any request for a return made after this period will not be accepted.
- The product must not have been used or damaged in any way. Products that are returned in a damaged or used condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Return cost:
The customer is responsible for covering the refund fee.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15.
