A risk free trial period of 30 days for almost all of our services and if any service does not provide the expected experience to user, they get their money back.

We give hassle free refund to all if requested within the duration of 30 days.

Policy related to Website Hosting

This policy is only applicable hosting on following types of applications

1. Websites for Hosting Business Email
2. Websites for Hosting Reseller
3. Websites for Shared Hosting (multi or single domain)

Refund policy is applicable for the above hosting options for the duration of 30 days from the purchase of service. No questions will be asked for the reason of refund and the request can be raised from the user’s account. Only those requests will be processed which are requested within 30 days of purchase. Refunded amount will be transferred by Paypal/ UPI Transfer/ Bank transfer only.

Please note that if any kind of purchase is made for hosting the or the service is a trial product, no refund will be processed.

Refund requests will only be processed once. Any refund request will not be processed for the suspension for using their accounts for following

1. Used for Malicious website
2. Used for Spaming or mass mailing
3. Used for Nulled Scripts
4. Used for scripts or bot driven content
5. Repeated order of trial product from separate accounts

All requests will be processed within 7 business days and no clarification or questions will be asked if none of the above mentioned activities are undertaken.
